Having collaborated with top brands in interior design and architecture, she effortlessly blends elegance with functionality. A passionate equestrian, Kseniya owns two horses, competes in dressage, and enjoys playing polo, reflecting her dedication to the art of horsemanship.

Based in Vilnius, Lithuania, Lada is a lifelong equestrian with a deep passion for Dressage. With a successful career in business development within the tech industry and as an event planner, Lada combines strategic expertise with a love for exploration. An avid traveler, she has visited over 40 countries, embracing diverse cultures and experiences along the way.

El Houssaeine Baikene
HORSE GUIDE
El Houssaeine Baikene is the founder of MoroccoHorseback, with a lifelong passion for horses that began in his village of Ouarzazate at just 4 years old. After moving to Essaouira, he worked in a stable where he eventually bought his first horse, igniting a journey that led him to care for 10 beautiful horses today. During the pandemic, he deepened his knowledge of horse training and behavior, enhancing his bond with each horse.

Endel is an internationally acclaimed dressage rider, trainer, and coach, known for his remarkable success representing the United States on the global stage. With multiple national titles and a reputation for developing top-tier horses and riders, Endel’s presence promises to inspire and elevate your equestrian journey.
Who we are
We’re Lada and Kseniya—best friends, world travelers, and passionate equestrians. For 15 years, we’ve been inseparable, sharing adventures across the globe, always seeking the next thrill on horseback. With a background in competitive dressage, horses have been at the heart of our journey.
Though we live on opposite sides of the world—Lada in Vilnius, Lithuania, and Kseniya in Beverly Hills, California—our friendship has remained unbreakable. By day, we lead successful careers in Business Development—Kseniya in Hospitality Architecture and Lada in Tech—but travel has always been our escape. Our vacations are where we disconnect, chase adventure, and truly feel free.
In 2024, one trip changed everything. We traveled to Morocco and fell in love—with the landscapes, the culture, and the pure exhilaration of galloping along the Atlantic coast. We knew this was something special, something we had to share. That is how Salt and Sand was born.
